Description:

Slope Blur+ is an utility node made for damage effects for materials with some additional useful built in node features. Acts similar to the built in Slope Blur node, but has input for masking, adjustable depth with an optional noise overlay and it outputs a mask of the parts that are affected by the node. Double the amount of max samples of a built in Slope Blur node for smoother end result.

You may use this in any commercial or non commercial projects. Not necessary to credit me but it would be appreciated if you do.

Includes:

  • Source file (.sbs)
  • Compressed file for usage (.sbsar)

Controls for:

  • Mode (Min, Max, Blur)
  • Samples 1-64
  • Intensity slider
  • Depth/Opacity slider
  • Noise Overlay slider
  • Clip Mask Threshold (for mask output control when the effect is intense)
  • Clip Mask Data Discard (only shows up if the Depth/Opacity is manually set above 1)
